ABOUT CALENDARS

Q. What do the finished Calendars look like?
- A. Your Calendar
 measures 11" x 17"
opened (8.5"x11" closed).  The
cover and last month are printed on
white heavyweight card stock (110 lb weight). All other pages
are printed on heavyweight (32 lb weight) premium paper.
We use a digital laser
printing process which produces vibrant permanent smudge-proof
prints. The result is a photo reproduction with a glossy
beautiful surface. The maximum printed dimension of your photos is
approximately 8.5" wide by 6.5" high. We do not
crop your photos at all, but resize them to fit into the
printed area.  Therefore,
a photo that is taller than it is wider will still appear that
way in the finished product.
Calendars are printed, then bound by a
double-wire loop binding that holds them together for a clean,
professional look. A hole is punched at the top of each
photo page so it can be hung on the wall.

ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT
- Q. How do I sign up for an account?
- A. It's simple and easy - just click on the "Get
Started Now" button on our homepage to begin
the registration process. All you need is a valid email
address. You will receive an email and asked to click on
a link to validate your registration. Once you confirm
your registration, your account will be active and you can
begin using it immediately.
- Q. Does it cost anything to register an account?
- A. No. Your account on EZCalendarCreator.com is
FREE and entitles you to create Projects using your digital
photos and order Custom Calendars using the photos you upload
to your account.
- Q. Does my account ever
"expire"?
- A. Your account is active indefinitely as long as you
sign in to it once every 30 days. If we haven't seen you in
25 days, we will also send you an email "reminder" so
you don't lose whatever you've worked on. After 30
days, your account may be disabled or removed at our
discretion. Of course, if at any time you do not wish to
have an active account with us, you may email us and we will
promptly remove your account.
- Q. What do you do with my email address
and personal information?
- A. We do not sell, give away, or share your email
address or personal information with anyone. Your
information is only used for the purpose of allowing you entry
into your account here on this website, or if you have made an
order, to prepare your shipment and to contact you should any
unexpected issues arise while producing or preparing your order
for shipment.
ABOUT YOUR DIGITAL PHOTOS
- Q. What should I do to my pictures before I try uploading them?
- A. You should have a selection of digital images on
your computer and know the location of the images on your hard
drive. The better the quality of the photos you upload,
the better your calendar will turn out. If
possible, use the software that came with your camera to
enhance the quality of your photos. Most digital cameras
come with easy-to-use software that allows removal of red-eye,
cropping and rotating and other image enhancing
functions. For the best results, modify your digital
photos before you upload them to your account area.
- Q. How big can my digital image
files be? Is there a size limit?
- A. Our Uploading function will accept up to 3 megabytes
of information for each image file you upload. If you have
image files that are more than 3 megabytes you will have to reduce
the size using software on your computer. Use the
image-editing software that came with your digital camera or
purchase image-editing software like Adobe Photoshop Elements,
Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Digital Image Suite, or Ulead
PhotoImpact to prepare your digital images for uploading to our
website.
- Q. What format do my digital images have to be in so I can create a calendar?
- A. Your digital Photos must be in JPEG or JPG format
to upload on this website.
ABOUT YOUR PROJECTS
- Q. How many Projects can I have at any one time?
- A. You may have up to 3 Projects active at any one
time.
- Q. How many photos can I upload to a Project?
- A. You may have up to 20 digital images in each Photo
Collection.
- Q. What's a Photo Collection?
- A. Every Project has a Photo Collection to which you
will upload your digital Photos. You upload your Photos
one at a time. There is no software to download and
install as a "helper". This makes EZ Calendar
Creator easy to use.
- Q. How long will it take me to go
through the whole process of creating a Calendar with my photos?
- A. It will depend on several factors - if you have a fast
broadband connection, you will be able to upload your photos,
assign them to the months in your Calendar and enter captions in
approximately 20-30 minutes (depends on how large your image files
are). If you are on a dial-up connection, it may take up to
2-3 times longer. You should be able to complete the calendar
creation process in less than an hour. You do not have
to complete the calendar creation process in one sitting.
You can stop at any time and return later to your account to work
on your calendar.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
- Q. What's the status of my order?
- A. You may check on the real-time status of your
Order by signing in to your account. Each Project you've
placed an order for will display the current state of
that order and the date and time it went into that state. You
will also be able to view information on any previous orders
made for that Project.
- Q. Can I cancel an order?
- A. You may cancel an order if you notify us within 60
minutes of placing your order.
- Q. How long will it take to get my order?
- A. It takes approximately 48 hours to get your order
through the production phase. The end result of
production is the actual printed calendars you've
ordered. Your order is then packaged and shipped
Depending on the method chosen for shipping, you will receive
your order 4 to 7 days after you place your order.
- Q. Is there a guarantee on my
calendars?
- Your order will be handled on an
individual basis and checked for the highest degree of quality possible
using the finest materials. Please let us know if your order is
not produced to your satisfaction. We'll do everything we can to
make it right or refund the purchase price of your order (minus shipping
costs) after we receive your return.
ABOUT SHIPPING
- Q. How does Shipping work?
- A. We use the United States Postal Service to ship
your calendars. The default shipping option is "USPS
Ground". You may choose another shipping method for each
calendar during the order process. Once your order is
submitted there is approximately 24-48 hour production time
frame. Then, your order is carefully packaged and
shipped via the method you chose. Here is a table with
approximate shipping times for the different shipping options:

If you have more than one calendar being shipped to the same address, we may
package them together into one shipment. Multi-calendar orders may also be
split into more than one shipment to the same address at our discretion.
- Q. Where can Calendars be Shipped?
- EZ Calendar Creator is currently ONLY shipping to
addresses in the United States of America.

- Q. Can I ship Calendars to different
addresses?
- Yes, we can ship your Calendar directly to as many recipients as
you want. The Shipping section of the Order form will ask
you to choose a shipping address for each Calendar. Just
choose the option "Enter a New Address" and fill in the
address of your recipient.
